Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days, by law)

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), counted from the day you receive the goods. If you withdraw within this period, we refund the full amount (the product price and the original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the same payment method used for the purchase. You pay the cost of the return shipping.

Important · hygiene exemption: Arctic Wake is a sealed hygiene product. By law (and under these terms) the right of withdrawal does NOT apply once the seal has been broken. Opened or used products therefore cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective.

Our extended return policy (30 days, unopened)

In addition to the statutory 14 days, we accept returns for up to 30 days from delivery on unopened products in their original, unbroken seal and packaging. You pay the return shipping; we refund the full product price.

How to return

Email Info@arcticwake.shop with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send you the return address and instructions. You arrange and pay for the return shipping; we recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Defective or damaged goods (complaints)

If the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly sent, your right to claim applies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) for three years from purchase. Contact us and we will replace the product or refund the full amount including all shipping costs.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se). You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
